We welcome your furry family members and do not charge an upfront pet fee. We believe that most owners are responsible with their pets.

A second $150 cleaning fee will be charged if any additional cleaning is required after hosting your pets. This includes excessive hair left on the furniture or in the beds, any gifts are left behind from the pets (poo, pee, vomit), etc. Our cleaning crew will document these rare events with photos that we will include if we have to charge this fee.

We will not be picky about a few dog hairs that are left behind. We also do not want to charge this additional fee. Just please have common sense and be mindful to clean up after your pets before you leave.

In the extra rare event that an animal causes excessive damage, the guest will be responsible for fixing or replacing anything damaged by their pet. Any instances that should fall into this category will be reviewed case by case.
